From Vienna – heading from East:
Drive via Vienna (A23) and via Südautobahn (A2), take the Schnellstraße (S6) over Semmering mountain in direction of Bruck an der Mur to motorway junction St. Michael. Then take the Pyhrnautobahn (A9) until motorway junction Liezen and follow the Ennstal-Bundesstraße (B320) to Schladming.

From Germany – heading from North West:

Take the motorway from Munich to Salzburg and then follow the Tauernautobahn (A10) to motorway junction Ennstal. From there, follow the Ennstal-Bundesstraße (B320) to Schladming.

From Upper Austria and Germany – heading from North West:
An alternative route takes you from Nürnberg via Regensburg and Passau to Voralpenkreuz and Wels. There, take the Pyhrnautobahn (A9) to motorway junction Selzthal/Liezen and then follow the Ennstal-Bundesstraße (B320) to Schladming.

From Italy – heading from South:

Heading from Italy (Udine) take the border crossing Arnoldstein and follow A2 to Villach. Take Tauernautobahn (A10) to motorway junction Ennstal. From there, follow Ennstal-Bundesstraße (B320) to Schladming.
